I love to paint, but as I started working this hobby of mine has taken back seat (last seat will be more appropriate though). Few days back I came across someone’s beautiful paintings, which made me open my drawing book again. I thought, let’s share some of my old painting with my friends, and if they like it I will seriously think about painting again. So here are some pieces of my canvas just for you :)

It should not come from others that you should start painting or not...Your hobbies should not get affected by anyone's opinion...
I hope you will make many more bright and colorful paintings... and wish the same bright colors get added to you life...
Its a pitty you are not finding time to paint anymore.Really good art work.

Anand,more bright painting will surely be there.
paintings are really good....I like the third one most.....if u try to see from a different angle, the work you do is also same as painting(though determined by rules)but you got got a canvas(ur boundary) ,a brush(you can change the tip i.e. width), the LSW to select colors, then you got critics who give feedback, only thing is u can't show it to people......so in a way u r not actually missing ur hobby, i.e. what I feel.....so...keep it up

Actually speaking i look at our work in exactly the same way.
This is what i tell when anyone ask me why i like layout desiging.
But ya creating a face has a diffrent joy thats all :)

your hardwok shows in the paintings...Its difficult to draw portrait, but you seem to be good at it..
well a suggestion for you..
You can probably create a seperate blog for your paintings and artworks....you can probably do a better justice with the theme of the blog there...
